If you would like to exchange your swimwear for another style or color please email your request to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will send you an Exchange and Returns form.
The Seastories accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, will not be accepted for return. The Seastories reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN:
Contact The Seastories via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the Exchange and Returns form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as The Seastories cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! The Seastories does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.
If unfortunately you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will gladly offer a replacement or another solution.
